I have been using the Iron browser for about 2 years. It’s the perfect combination for me: Chrome minus all the privacy issues that plague it. I’m willing to put up with the fact that I have to install the not so frequent updates manually.

What I got tired of today is figuring out whether I’m using the latest version or whether updates have been released in the meantime. The author’s original download page isn’t really helpful as there’s no overview whatsoever. The relevant information is distributed across the support forum(!).

However, it’d be super-easy to provide such an overview – I thought. And, indeed, after a bit of PHP hacking I can confirm it is.
